1.)Veggie Stuffed Omelet


The earliest omelettes are believed to have originated in ancient Persia.

1 teaspoon olive or canola oil
2 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup loosely packed fresh baby spinach leaves, rinsed
1/2 cup fat-free egg product or 2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon water
Dash salt
Dash pepper
1 tablespoon shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese



In 8-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add bell pepper, onion and mushrooms to oil. Cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until onion is tender.

Stir in spinach; continue cooking and stirring just until spinach wilts.
Remove vegetables from pan to small bowl.

In medium bowl, beat egg product, water, salt and pepper with fork or whisk until well mixed.
Reheat same skillet over medium-high heat.

Quickly pour egg mixture into pan. While sliding pan back and forth rapidly over heat, quickly stir with spatula to spread eggs continuously over bottom of pan as they thicken.

Let stand over heat a few seconds to lightly brown bottom of omelet. Do not overcook; omelet will continue to cook after folding.

Place cooked vegetable mixture over half of omelet; top with cheese.

With spatula, fold other half of omelet over vegetables. Gently slide out of pan onto plate. Serve immediately.

2.)Sunny-Side-Up Eggs


Sunny side up eggs are also commonly referred to as dippy eggs or dip eggs by Pennsylvania Dutch people living in central Pennsylvania, in parts of Ohio

And in Pittsburgh mainly due to the practice of dipping toast into the yolk while eating.

This term is also occasionally used in Canada.
They are also sometimes called moon eggs by those residing in eastern Maryland.


1 Teaspoon olive oil
2 large eggs
Toast,for serving,optional
Salt and black pepper


Heat the oil in a medium nonstick skillet over low heat until slightly shimmering, about 5 minutes.

Crack an egg into a small ramekin and slowly add it to the skillet; repeat with the other egg, adding it to the other side of the skillet.

Cover with a tight lid and cook, uninterrupted, until the whites are completely set but the yolks are still runny, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.

Slide the eggs out of the skillet onto a plate or toast.

3.)Scrambled Eggs Recipe


In the 14th century an Italian book titled Libro Della Cucina, mentioned scrambled eggs:

“There is so much known about fried, roasted, and scrambled eggs that it is not necessary to speak about them.

4 large EGGS
milk 1/4 cup
salt pinch
pepper pinch
butter 2 tsp.


BEAT eggs, milk, salt and pepper in medium bowl until blended.

HEAT butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.

POUR in egg mixture. As eggs begin to set, gently PULL the eggs across the pan with a spatula, forming large soft curds.

CONTINUE cooking—pulling, lifting and folding eggs—until thickened and no visible liquid egg remains.

Do not stir constantly. REMOVE from heat. SERVE immediately.

4.)French Toast

According to a collection of recipes from the early 5th century AD, the dish we now know as French toast existed as early as the age of the Roman Empire.

In their style of French toast, called Pan Dulcis


6 thick slices bread
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon(optional)
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg(optional)
1 stp vinilla extract(optional)
Salt as per taste


Beat together egg, milk, salt, desired spices and vanilla.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.

Dunk each slice of bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides. Place in pan, and cook on both sides until golden. Serve hot.


5.)Masala French Toast Recipe


Many of the North American sweet breakfasts there are savory South Asian versions, the traditional sweet crepe is our very own Masala Dosa, for oatmeal we have dalia or upma, for smoothies there are sweet and salty lassis.

Masala French toast is the South Asian savory version of the traditional cinnamon and sugar laced French toast.


3 Whole Wheat Brown Bread
4 Whole Eggs
Sunflower Oil , or butter as required
2 tablespoons Milk
1 tablespoon Red Chilli flakes
Salt , as per your taste
3 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , finely chopped
1/4 tablespoon Black pepper powder
1 Onion , finely chopped
2 to 3 Green Chillies , finely chopped


To begin making the Quick Masala French Toast recipe, beat the eggs in a mixing bowl.

Add milk, beat it again and make sure that it is mixed properly.

Add chilli flakes, salt and black pepper.

Once it is done, heat oil in a wide pan. Take a bread slice, dip it in the egg mixture and put it on the pan.

Spread some onion, green chillies and coriander on the top of bread and pour some egg mixture on it again.

Turn the bread and let the other side also cooked properly.

Once it turns light brown in colour, take it out of the stove and it is ready to be served.

Serve Quick Masala French Toast on its own with a cup of hot Espresso Coffee or Masala Tea for a filling breakfast.
