EASY RECIPE OF VEG PULAO IN JUST 12 STEPS
It is one of the favored rice variants or choices for several Indians and is usually served for lunch and dinner.
the simple pulao recipes don’t contain all the specified flavor and spice in it and may be served because it is, but tastes great when served with simple yogurt raita.
HISTORY OF PULAO
Originally from Persia, Pilaf, pulao, or Pilafi is still considered to be derived from the Sanskrit word “pulaka” or “Pulla” ( meaning rice & vegetables).
Researchers believe it’s a dish originating in India that made its way back through Central Asia.
Oil- 2 tsp
Black pepper- 7-8
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Star Anise- 1
Bay leaf- 1
Red Chili Powder-1/2 tsp
Pav Bhaji masala-1 tsp
Kitchen King masala- 1 tsp
Lemon juice- 1/2 or Tomato- 1/2
Cooked rice- 4 cup
Salt as per taste
1.)Put 2 tsp oil in a Kadhai(vessel) let it become hot.
2.)Now, add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds wait till they pop.
3.)Add 7-8 black pepper, 1 Bay leaf, and 1 Star anise.
4.)Put 1 chopped onion and mix it well till it turns soft.
5.)Firstly, put carrots because they are hard to cook and let them become soft.
6.)Through capsicum chopped, potato and you can add any vegetable you have or you like.
7.)Add all the spices.
8.)Add 1/2 tsp of lemon juice you can add 1 tomato when you add onion.
9.)Add 4 cups cooked/boiled rice and salt as per taste.
10.)Mix everything well and keep the lead.
11.)Low the flame. Keep it for 5-6 minutes.
12.)To finish it off put some coriander.
Your delicious VEG PULAO is ready to serve. YUMM!!!
