Moong sprouts-1 cup
Hot water-3 cup
Cumin Powder-1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder-1/4 tsp
Capsicum (chopped)-2 tbsp
Spring onion (chopped)-2 tbsp
Coriander (finely chopped)-2 tbsp
Mint / pudina (finely chopped)-2 tbsp
Chili (finely chopped)-1
lemon juice-1 tsp
Peanuts (roasted & crushed)-2 tbsp
firstly, blanch 1 cup moong sprouts in 3 cup predicament for five minutes. you can alternatively boil for 2 minutes.
Drain off the water. make sure the moon sprouts are softened a bit yet crunchy.
take the blanched moong sprouts into an outsized bowl.
Add 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp amchur, and 1/4 tsp salt.
mix well ensuring the spices are well combined.
Further add 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 tomato, 1/2 carrot, 2 tbsp capsicum, 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp coriander, 2 tbsp mint, 1 chili, and 1 tsp juice.
mix well making sure everything is well combined.
finally, serve moong sprouts salad garnished with 2 tbsp roasted peanuts.

2 cups Cabbage, shredded

Cut the tomatoes into 8 segments each lengthwise.
Mix the yogurt, salt, pepper, honey and vinegar and blend well together.

Paneer/Cottage Cheese – 200 Gram
Tricolour Capsicum – 1/4 Cup
Onion – 1 diced
Tomato – 1 diced
Cucumber – 1 diced
Coriander Leaves – a handful chopped
Pudina/Mint Leaves – a handful chopped
Chaat Masala – as per taste
Salt – as per taste
Black Pepper powder – as per taste
Black Salt – as per taste
Butter – 1 Tablespoon
Heat butter in a pan. Add paneer/cottage cheese cubes and saute it on a coffee to medium flame for two to three minutes.
Sprinkle salt, chaat masala and black pepper while sauteing. Transfer to a bowl.
Add diced onion, tomato, cucumber, tricolour capsicum, coriander leaves, mint leaves, chaat masala, salt, black salt, black pepper powder. Toss well.
