These are 3 SIMPLE PASTA RECIPES YOU MUST TRY, for the people who love pasta the most.

1.)CREAM CHEESE PASTA

This super easy and cheap pasta recipe makes the right midweek last-minute meal.

The cream cheese sauce is embarrassingly easy to make, but it turns your plain pasta dish into something good.

Easy peasy, but totally satisfying and perfect for your carb cravings, especially when you run out of time or money.

Good things don’t get much easier than this!

 INGREDIENTS

Whole grain or regular pasta
Cream cheese
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon Olive oil
3-4 Garlic
Chili flakes (optional)
Salt & pepper

METHOD

Cook your pasta until al dente

Saute’ garlic in olive oil until fragrant

Add cheese , pasta cooking water, parmesan, and stir well

Drain and add pasta to the skillet

Toss until well combined, adding some pasta water if needed

Serve with extra parmesan cheese, black pepper and an honest drizzle of vegetable oil .

2.)RED SAUCE PASTA

Red sauce pasta is a dish made with pasta, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, garlic & herbs.

This is one of the best pasta recipes you can make at home & I am sure your family will love it.

This is a simple idea to incorporate tomatoes and red bell pepper in kids’ diet.

 INGREDIENTS

250g dried pasta shapes
500g jar tomato pasta sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
3 zucchinis, sliced
3 pieces short-cut bacon, trimmed and chopped

METHOD

Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water for 6-8 minutes or until tender.

Drain well and return to the pan. Cover to keep warm.

Meanwhile, empty spaghetti sauce into a separate pan, rinse jar with ½ cup water and add this to the pan.

Stir in garlic and zucchini, bring back simmering point and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Sauté bacon in a non-stick pan.

3.) SPAGHETTI IN GARLIC ORANGE SAUCE

Orange sauce is a delicious recipe made using the goodness of orange juice, which is rich in anti-oxidants and vitamin C.

Try this delicious orange sauce recipe which is ready with using simple ingredients like fruit juice orange rind , sugar, butter.

INGREDIENTS

200mg Spaghetti
0.5 tablespoon orange zest
1.5 tablespoon Garlic
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp ltalian seasoning
0.5 tablespoon Parsley, finely chopped.
Salt to taste
pepper to taste
olive oil
Orange juice
1 tablespoon butter

METHOD

Cook spaghetti as per the packet instructions.

In a pan, heat butter and olive oil. Add sliced garlic and fry until just golden. Add orange juice and zest. Bring it to a boil.

Add Italian seasonings, chili flakes, salt and pepper. Simmer for 6 to 7 minutes. Add parsley and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add cooked spaghetti to the prepared orange garlic sauce and toss.

Combine pasta and sauce, season to taste with pepper and divide into bowls.

Top with bacon. Garnish with parsley or fresh basil if desired.
